The Law Office of Francis R. Henriquez was founded by attorney Francis R. Henriquez. In Francis's own words:
Why did you choose immigration law? I find immigration law fascinating and creative. Every consultation is a very complex jigsaw puzzle. You move a piece and it changes the entire approach. A new law emerges, and there is new opportunity, a new outlook. How does immigration law continue to challenge you? Law in general changes every day. I have to consume daily changes in policy and understand how certain cases change the approach of a case. Immigration law is still one of the top complex areas of law to practice because it involves high stakes deportation proceedings and visa proceedings. What distinguishes you from the rest and why choose you? Longevity in the field automatically sets you apart from all the rest. I have been in this field exclusively (aside from my specialized criminal law practice) for over 13 years. I take pride in those 13 years. I also approach every case for the long run. Citizenship is the ultimate goal. |

The firm was established in April 2014 in the city of South Gate, CA. Dedicated in the practice of immigration and criminal law with offices in Whittier, and Bakersfield California.
