FABIANO FERRERA l (fabiano@francishenriquezlaw.com) (Administrative Assistant) Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Fabiano arrived to the United States after graduating with a bachelor's degree from UCS-RS majoring in Tourism / Hotel Management. For the past 12 years he was in the Freight Forwarding industry. As a first-generation immigrant, Fabiano has experienced firsthand the intricacies of navigating the Immigration System, and for this reason he is passionate and enthusiastic about helping others through their own experiences. |
VICTORIA HERNANDEZ l (victoria@francishenriquezlaw.com) (Paralegal) Vicky's began working at the Law Office of Francis Henriquez in 2016. She graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law and Society along with a minor in Spanish. She currently works as a paralegal for the USCIS and EOIR unit. Vicky was born and raised in Huntington Park, CA, and her parents are both natives of Mexico. Her time at the office enabled her to develop a passion for immigration law and community service. She aspires to attend law school in the future. |
LAURA AVENDANO l (cisunit@francishenriquezlaw.com) (Paralegal) Laura Avendano, a Los Angeles native, has been working in the legal field since 2005. Laura began working at an immigration law firm in Los Angeles and gained experience working in different office positions. She thereafter obtain her A.A in Paralegal studies in 2010 and enjoys working with the immigrant community. On her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons and her two puppies. |
ART GARCIA (Legal Assistant) Art started as an intern in January 2018 and is currently a legal assistant. He is a native Californian and has lived in Los Angeles his whole life. He will receive a Bachelors of Arts in Criminology & Law with a minor in Psychology from the University of California - Irvine this coming June. Passionate about law and assisting others, the move to interning at Francis Henriquez and Associates Law Firm was a natural fit. Art provides Administrative support through drafting and writing important immigration documents, which is later thoroughly reviewed by the lead attorney for final submission for USCIS. |
